AI assistant for real estate agents
Drafts follow-up from the agent's own number. A person approves.
- Scope
- Scoped to follow-up on iMessage and email, so the agent runs the cadence on the channels clients already use.
- Role
- AI architecture, macOS agent development, Telegram control surface, and integration design
The challenge
Top-producing real estate agents manage dozens of active client relationships across iMessage, email, and lead platforms — but follow-up is the first thing that slips when showings stack up. Generic CRM reminders feel noisy. Agents needed an AI agent that understood the conversation history and sent the follow-up in their voice, on the channels clients already use.
Our approach
A dedicated Mac mini bridges iMessage by reading local thread history and sending through Messages.app — the same channels clients already use — while Gmail OAuth monitors trusted lead platforms for new inquiries. The Telegram bot is the surface for daily briefs, client summaries, and what the agent sent, without opening another dashboard. Voice-note transcription and persistent client notes let agents capture context on the go.
The solution
Ownline AI reads iMessage through Messages.app and watches Gmail. Telegram shows a daily brief. It drafts follow-up from the agent's own number. A person approves. We are not claiming a brokerage rollout.
Outcomes
It drafts follow-up from the agent's own number. A person approves. There is no count of follow-ups sent, and no claim that a brokerage is running it.
Key outcomes
- No count of follow-ups sent, and no claim of a rollout
- It drafts follow-up from the agent's own number
- iMessage via Messages.app, Gmail, and a Telegram brief
- A person approves before routine work goes out on its own
