Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to DS BUREAU's website and any engagement for AI readiness audits, data digitalization, AI agent setup and managed operations, custom software, or related professional services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our website or engaging our team, you agree to these Terms.

If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company or development team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

DS BUREAU provides AI readiness, data digitalization, AI agent onboarding, managed agent operations, and software design and engineering for small businesses and product teams. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and intellectual property terms are defined in a separate statement of work, proposal, or master services agreement signed by both parties.

Information on this website is for general marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

Client responsibilities

Development teams engaging our Services agree to provide timely feedback, access to required systems, and accurate project information. Delays caused by missing inputs, unavailable stakeholders, or third-party dependencies may affect delivery schedules.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials, data, or credentials you share with us may lawfully be used for the project.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom work product created specifically for a client transfers to that client upon full payment of applicable fees. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and know-how developed by DS BUREAU before or outside the engagement remain our property, and we grant clients a license to use them as incorporated into deliverables.

We may display non-confidential project work in our portfolio unless a mutual NDA or contract restricts it.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public business, technical, and product information shared during an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

Payment

Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are set out in the applicable contract. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may pause work and may incur interest or collection costs permitted by law.

Warranties and liability

We perform Services with professional care consistent with industry standards for software development teams. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, Services and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DS BUREAU's total liability arising from any engagement or use of this website is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the termination provisions in the governing contract. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work performed and approved expenses incurred through the effective termination date.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
