Realtor AI is a premium AI personal assistant for real estate agents. It recommends follow-ups, drafts messages from iMessage and Gmail context, and routes every send through explicit realtor approval via Telegram.

Overview

Realtor AI helps agents stay on top of client relationships without losing control of their communications. A dedicated Mac mini bridges iMessage by reading local thread history and sending through Messages.app, while Gmail monitors trusted lead platforms. The Telegram bot surfaces daily briefs, client summaries, and AI-drafted follow-ups in an approval-first loop: recommend → draft → preview → rewrite → approve.

What we delivered

A working local macOS assistant agent with a Telegram control surface, OpenAI-powered conversation and drafting, voice-note transcription, client storage, persistent notes, Gmail OAuth lead intake, a human-reviewed lead queue, a re-engagement cadence engine, and task reminders. Architecture work also defines the production path: a cloud control plane, web dashboard, and per-realtor hosted Mac mini.
