Digitize data AI workers can use
Move the records a worker needs out of spreadsheets without stopping the work already running.
AI agents are only as good as the records they read. If client status lives in three tabs and a partner's inbox, an agent will confidently do the wrong thing quickly.
Digitization is not "buy a new platform." It is making one workflow's data trustworthy enough for an agent to act on it.
Start with the agent's inputs
For a Document Chaser, list required fields per client and where each field lives today. For maintenance triage, map property, unit, vendor, and permission-to-enter data. Migrate those fields first — not every historical column from a 2019 workbook.
Parallel run, not big-bang cutover
Keep the old spreadsheet until the new record matches live work. When counts match for two weeks, the spreadsheet becomes read-only.
Preserve audit trails
Role-based access, change history, and who changed what matter when you need to see the record. Spreadsheets lose version history the moment someone saves over a file.
Connect, do not replace, your stack
Agents call abstract capabilities — ledger, practice, messaging — through integrations. QuickBooks, Karbon, AppFolio, and Gmail stay in place. Digitization often means a thin operational layer plus clean sync, not rip-and-replace.
If your team still lives in Excel Hell, the path is the same: narrow scope, structured data, first agent on top. Our data digitalization service follows that sequence after the audit defines the bottleneck.
